Thursday 6:00-7:15PM
Teen Ballet: Students age 12+ learn basic ballet positions and movements, while the class also incorporates stretching and general conditioning. We begin with a thorough warmup at the barre and continue into combinations in the center and traveling across the floor.
This class is for students with less than two years of ballet experience, those who have taken some time away and want to review/rebuild strength, or are looking to supplement their other physical activities by cross-training with ballet.
We will structure the content to focus on individual student goals and incorporate them into the progression of our class as a group to help support one another’s success and build confidence.
